"Exercising" Isn't Enough - Which is Why We Train
Make Rapid, Measurable Progress
Exercising is what people do at standard commercial gyms. It's moving for the sake of moving. If performed safely, it is better than being sedentary, but it does not result in long-term, continual progress.
Training is the process of organizing exercises and recovery into a system to make progress incrementally, on a predictable schedule. It's the opposite of random. It's measurable. It's planned. It's goal oriented.
We train for strength because getting strong improves every aspect of physical performance, including conditioning. And Starting Strength is the fastest way to get strong.

The Best Way to Do Starting Strength
See a World-Class Coach 3x/week
Doing the program correctly means executing the lifts with perfect form, knowing which lifts to perform, how much weight to use, how much weight to add the next workout, and how to recover from each training session.
The best way to do Starting Strength is to see a coach in person, three times a week - and you can now do that for around $25 per session.
